Paper Pattern -Acrylic Template Conversion Service
Turn your working paper patterns into durable acrylic templates built for the shop.
If you have a pattern you use over and over—wallet pieces, sheaths, chap yokes, small saddle parts, or anything else—paper eventually wears out, stretches, or deteriorates. This service converts your paper patterns into clean, long-lasting 1/8” acrylic templates that are easy to trace, stack, and keep organized on the bench.

How It Works

Photograph your pattern
Lay your paper pattern on a flat surface and take a photo directly overhead. Include a ruler or known measurement in the photo for accurate scaling. pattern must be contrasted against the very clean background if you have light patterns take a picture of them on a dark background and if you have dark patterns, take a picture of them on a light background.

We digitize and convert
Your pattern is cleaned up, vectorized, and prepared for precise laser cutting. - We send you a proof for your approval before we begin cutting.
- Your acrylic templates are cut and shipped
- You receive durable 1/8” acrylic templates ready to use in the shop.
Pricing

Base Sheet 100 square inches $65 (roughly a 8.5” × 11” sheet of paper)
Fit as many patterns as you want inside this area. This price covers conversion and laser cutting. - Any additional size beyond the base sheet will be calculated @ .50 cents a square in. after reviewing your pattern layout, and a separate invoice will be sent before cutting begins.
