Our Return Policy
At Jasper’s Leather Co., each product is handcrafted in small batches using premium materials and traditional construction methods. Due to the nature of handmade leather goods, our return policies differ from mass-produced retailers.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Returns — Standard Items
We accept returns on unused, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused and uncarried
Show no signs of wear, forming, staining, or damage
Be returned in original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom, personalized, made-to-order, or bulk production items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return or refund.
This includes:
Custom sizing or specifications
Personalized stamping or carving
Special finishes or modifications
These items are produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.
Customer Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for any item requiring sizing or fit specifications. While we may review submitted measurements for obvious discrepancies or confirm details prior to production, final responsibility for measurement accuracy remains with the customer. Jasper’s Leather Co. is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or improperly taken measurements, and items produced using customer-provided measurements are not eligible for return or refund due to fit.
Exchanges
Unused standard items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Warranty & Defects
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship.
If a product fails due to material or craftsmanship defects, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Normal wear and aging
Cosmetic changes to leather
Water, oil, or environmental damage
Misuse, neglect, or improper care
Modifications or repairs performed by others
Leather is a natural material and will develop character over time. This is not considered a defect.
